According to some sources, the normal temperature membrane has a working life of not less than 1 million times under the conditions of ambient temperature of -30 ℃ to 90 ℃ and working pressure difference of 0.8MPa; The high-temperature membrane has a lifespan of no less than 1 million cycles under the same working pressure difference at an ambient temperature of 150 ℃ to 200 ℃. This means that under normal operating conditions, they can work stably for a long time, reducing replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
- Materials and processes: The membrane is often made of special composite materials, such as high-quality nylon and synthetic rubber composites. This material selection gives it good mechanical strength, elasticity, and fatigue resistance. The clamping cloth is usually located in the middle of the film, and the surface of the film is required to be smooth, flat, and free of defects such as cracks and bubbles. The Shore hardness can be adjusted between 50 degrees and 80 degrees to meet the specific needs of different customers.

MD01-20, MD02-20 Diaphragm (Membrane) for Taeha pulse valve TH-5820-B, TH-4820-B, TH-5825-B, TH-5820-C, TH-4820-C; Pulse Jet valves are indirect type solenoid valves. When the solenoid of pulse jet valves gets energized, air trapped in the diaphragm is exhausted causing pressure difference in the diaphragm. Then the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When it is de-energized, air passes through the hole to the chamber which can balance the air pressure and close the valve. The opening and closing of the valve are done very fast for filter cleaning and consumption of compressed air effectively.
