The DFM series integrates the driver and guide device into the same housing. This compact design significantly reduces space requirements, making the cylinder structure very compact and effectively reducing assembly time.

Thanks to the design of large diameter guide rods and multiple sliding bearings (usually four), or optional circulating ball bearing guides, this cylinder has high rigidity.

The cylinder is usually equipped with elastic buffer pads (synthetic rubber buffers) at both ends, which can effectively absorb impact energy, reduce operating noise, and extend the service life of the cylinder.

The DFM series offers multiple installation options, such as through holes or using female threads for installation, providing high design flexibility. The air source port is located at the top and side of the cylinder for easy and flexible positioning and connection. The integrated slot on the actuator body facilitates the installation of proximity switches and enables non-contact position sensing.
