Voltage Tolerance ±10 Percent Solenoid Valve Supporting 0 to 0.5 MPa Pressure Range Providing Control in Industrial Applications 2W-040-10
Product Description:
The 2W Series, which includes the 2W UD and 2W UW sub-series, is a high-performance, direct-acting 2/2-way solenoid valve. It is specifically designed to provide reliable on/off control for a variety of media such as water, air, oil, gas, and fuel. The UD sub-series accommodates standard port sizes ranging from G3/8" to G1‑1/4", whereas the UW sub-series is designed for larger openings from G1‑1/4" to G2" to support high-flow applications.
This valve is built with versatility in mind. It incorporates a direct-acting diaphragm mechanism that enables operation starting at zero pressure (0 bar), thereby removing the necessity for any minimum differential pressure. This feature guarantees a prompt response and consistent performance even in systems operating under low pressure or gravity-fed conditions.
The 2W Series offers configurations in both Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) modes, allowing customization to suit particular system demands. The valve bodies are available in forged brass for the 2W version or stainless steel for the 2S version. Additionally, seal materials such as NBR (standard), EPDM, and FKM (Viton) are provided to handle different types of media and temperature ranges. The valves support standard voltages including DC24V, AC110V, AC220V, and AC380V, with the option for custom voltages upon request.
Features:
The direct-acting design ensures reliable operation starting from 0 bar pressure, making this product ideal for systems that operate under low pressure or rely on gravity-fed flow.
The UW series offers orifice sizes ranging from 16 mm up to 50 mm, with Cv values between 4.8 and 48. This range guarantees efficient performance for a variety of system requirements.
Constructed from either forged brass (2W) or precision-cast stainless steel (2S), the product provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.
Standard seals are made of NBR suitable for temperatures from -5°C to +80°C. For applications involving higher temperatures or special chemical compatibility, EPDM and FKM (Viton) seals are also available.
The product comes in both Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) configurations to meet different operational needs.
Compatible with a range of AC and DC voltages, including DC 24V, AC 110V, AC 220V, and AC 380V, with a tolerance of ±10%.
Threaded connections are available from G3/8" to G2", enabling integration with various piping systems.
Suitable for use with air, water, oil (up to 20 CST), as well as gas and fuel applications.
The product operates reliably across a media temperature range from -5°C to +80°C.
Featuring a compact size combined with rugged construction, the product is easy to install and designed for a long service life.
Special voltages and specifications can be provided upon request directly from the factory, allowing customization to suit specific needs.
