Product Description:
The SMC VXF Series are high-performance solenoid pulse jet diaphragm valves engineered specifically for reverse pulse filter cleaning in industrial dust collectors and baghouse systems. Acting as the compressed air "switch" in pulse bag dust collector systems, these valves are controlled by electric signals from a pulse controller to deliver instantaneous, high-energy air bursts that create shock waves to clean filter bags. The main valve opens and closes in as fast as 50 milliseconds, ensuring rapid and efficient filter cleaning.
The series includes VXF2150-06 with a 3/4" G-thread port and VXF2160-10 with a 1" G-thread port. Both models are 2/2-way normally closed valves with a pilot-operated diaphragm design. The valve body is constructed from die-cast aluminum alloy (ADC-12), offering lightweight durability and corrosion resistance. The diaphragm is a replaceable composite design made of NBR with nylon fabric reinforcement for extended service life.
