DEGOLD bead mills and sand mills are engineered for continuous wet grinding of solids in liquid materials to achieve precise particle size reduction. The ZM150-K model features a pin-type grinding mechanism with double mechanical seal for enhanced performance and reliability.

The rotary grinding shaft drives all grinding mediums within the grinding chamber, transferring power to materials for effective particle size reduction. An integrated gap separator ensures proper separation of products and grinding mediums, making these mills suitable for formulations with varying viscosities.
Available construction materials include SS304, hard alloy, mold steel, polyurethane, tungsten carbide, and ceramic to accommodate different application requirements.
