DEGOLD 30L/50L Horizontal Ceramic Ball Mills are precision engineered for continuous wet grinding of solids in liquid materials to achieve nano-scale particle size reduction. These industrial-grade bead mills and sand mills are SGS certified for quality assurance.
We manufacture five specialized series of horizontal bead mills:

The rotary grinding shaft drives all grinding mediums within the grinding chamber, transferring power to materials for effective particle size reduction. An integrated gap separator ensures proper separation of products and grinding mediums, making these mills suitable for formulations with varying viscosities.
Available with various chamber materials including SS304, hard alloy, mold steel, polyurethane, tungsten carbide, and ceramic to meet specific application requirements.
