The PCS46-8D single screw extruder is engineered for small to medium batch production of powder paints. Featuring an innovative design with segmented screw washers and strategic pin arrangement, this machine delivers superior mixing efficiency at competitive pricing.
Advanced Technical Features
Unique Screw Design
Each screw circle is sectioned into three washers that maintain reciprocating motion during rotation, creating seesaw motion for each complete rotation cycle. This generates intense shear action between the rotating screw threads and three rows of pins positioned at 120-degree angles within the feeding drum.
Modular Processing Unit
Features changeable modular processing units surrounding the screw, enabling easy replacement of worn pins and simplified maintenance.
