Degold's PCS-11D single rod kneader extruder with 100mm screw diameter represents an enhanced version designed to meet growing powder coating production requirements. This industrial extruder delivers superior performance with increased efficiency and processing capabilities compared to previous 8D models.
Advanced Screw Design Technology
The innovative screw design features segmented washers that maintain reciprocating motion during rotation, transforming into seesaw motion upon completing each rotation cycle. This creates intense shear action between the rotary screw threads and the strategically positioned pins in the feeding container.
Key Operational Features
Frequency-converter controlled reciprocating movement with adjustable shear force optimizes the mixing process. Materials undergo cutting, segmentation, kneading, resetting, and loose mixing within the shear clearance zones, achieving exceptional dispersion and distribution results.
