Product description:
FMC/FME is a new type of micro-channel heat exchanger which is developed for the problems of condensation and frost melting water difficult to be discharged from the conventional single-cooling parallel flow (PFC), and the uneven distribution of the refrigerant gas-liquid two-phase, which is unable to meet the problem of heat pump air conditioner having both condensation and evaporation functions.
Multiple refrigerant distribution programme
The porous flat tube is divided into several zones by the header tubes at both ends and the partition plate in the middle, the refrigerant flows back and forth in each zone to form a condensation/evaporation circuit, and each zone arranges different numbers of porous flat tubes in parallel in the direction of gravity according to the state of the refrigerant in the two-phase and the demand of heat exchange.
The refrigerant distribution programme is designed according to various system characteristics and requirements.

Products for the whole aluminium alloy, compared with copper tube aluminium fin heat exchanger material between the potential difference is small, potential corrosion is small, but aluminium resistance to environmental corrosion than copper is poor, in order to improve the resistance to environmental corrosion, so as to comply with the use of air-conditioning products cycle, through the different aluminium alloys (porous micro-channel tubes, aluminium fins, the header tube) between the welding bonding part of the potential design, the priority of corrosion of non-pressure-resistant parts;

Refrigerant application and saving
Can be applied to a variety of refrigerants, high-pressure refrigerant tube small micro-channel greatly reduces the volume of the tube, can save refrigerant.
