Mechanism of Action

SV-LFC soil stabilizer is a highly hydrophilic polymer material containing numerous hydrophilic groups. These groups enable water solubility and chemical reactivity. Through physical and chemical processes like crosslinking, adsorption, and bridging, it connects loose soil particles into a unified structure. The polymer chains form a three-dimensional network that enhances soil strength and stability. After water evaporation, the solidified soil develops into a robust integral spatial network structure, providing stability and waterproofing.

Construction Process
  1. Base course solidification: Mix with water in specified proportion, spray into soil, mix thoroughly and compact
  2. Curing of sealing layer: Dilute 3-4 times with water (1:2-1:3 ratio) and spray to stabilize sand/soil (reference dosage: 3-10 m²/kg)

  • Avoid water exposure for 24 hours post-construction
