Dilute the dust suppressant with water at 1:40-1:80 ratio, applying 2-3 kg per square meter. Adjust based on spray thickness and site conditions for optimal results.
Small equipment: Add water first, then gradually mix in dust suppressant while stirring.
Large equipment: Pre-dilute at small ratio, then add to sprinkler truck with additional water using internal circulation.
Apply using sprinkler trucks, spray stations, or fixed spraying devices for uniform coverage on material surfaces or dust-prone areas.
For coal/ore pile dust solidification: Mix 1:40 with water and apply 2L/m². After 24 hours (weather dependent), a waterproof crust forms that lasts months and withstands moderate rainfall.
