SV-PHD curing agent is a national invention patent product developed by our company, composed of new multifunctional polymers. The cross-linking degree between polymer molecules forms a network structure with various ion groups that produce strong affinity with ions. Its mechanism captures, adsorbs and agglomerates dust particles, locking them tightly in the network structure to provide moisture, bonding, condensation, moisture absorption, dust prevention, anti-erosion and erosion resistance.

Application methods include manual, mechanical, or professional spray stations with recommended water dilution factor of 1:100-1:200. Dosage can be adjusted based on site conditions.

• Small stockyards: Piggyback spray devices or spray trucks
• Large stockyards: Fixed spraying devices or vehicle-mounted spray trucks (range 18-200m)
• Mobile transport: Curing agent spraying base stations or mobile spray trucks

Solid dust suppressant: Use multi-functional high-mixer solution system, stir for 3-15 minutes to ensure complete dissolution.

Liquid dust suppressant: Add stock solution to water container and use water impact force for dilution.

• Use moisturizing dust suppressant for cement pavement spills
• Improper use may corrode equipment or affect spray quality
• Clean equipment after use; rinse eyes/nose immediately if contacted
