Due to the presence of alkali metal ions that are easily soluble in water, water-soluble alkaline substances remain after curing. This makes water glass materials poor in water resistance, prone to moisture regain, and unsuitable for wet environments. Therefore, water glass-based materials require specific curing agents to improve their water resistance and curing performance.
Water-soluble silicon phosphate is an environmentally friendly white powder that dissolves in water and doesn't melt into colloid at high temperatures. This curing agent features high curing efficiency, environmental safety, and excellent temperature resistance.

Add curing agent to water glass before sealing for storage. Typical dosage is 3-10% of liquid water glass volume (adjust according to specific process requirements).
