SV-LFC curing agent is a new type of environmental protection road building material specially designed for soil stabilization. It directly interacts with soil to transform it into a dense, uniform, high-strength, and durable stable layer. This high-permeability sealing material combines various organic polymers with organic and inorganic curing aids, offering excellent permeability, expansibility, and rapid sealing properties.

The SV-LFC curing agent contains highly hydrophilic polymer materials with numerous reactive groups. Through crosslinking, adsorption, and bridging actions, it connects loose soil particles into a cohesive network structure, enhancing strength and stability. After water evaporation, the solidified layer forms a durable, waterproof integral structure.
Ideal for pavement/subgrade stabilization, base course sealing, and strength enhancement. Effectively addresses issues like low base strength, poor waterproofing, sanding, and powdering. Offers excellent adhesion, water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.
This semi-rigid material stabilizes soil without requiring inorganic binders (cement/lime), offering convenient construction, short timelines, cost efficiency, and superior technical performance. Widely applicable in:

Base course solidification: Mix with water in specified ratio, spray onto soil, mix thoroughly and compact. Can be combined with cement/lime for enhanced results.
Sealing layer application: Dilute 5-6 times with water (1:4-1:5 ratio) and spray for sand/soil stabilization. Recommended dosage: 3-10 m²/kg.
