This felt extrusion laminating machine is particularly designed for laminating PEon felt. The entire equipment adopts imported PLC programmable controller, a much more advanced human interface. It is largely composed of one set unwinding system, one set extruding system, one set laminating system and one set rewinding system.
The laminating system between the rollers is controlled by a stable and reliable hydraulic system. The unwinding system uses an inverter to control its speed, with the capability to automatically change the rollers without reducing its speed. The rewinding system utilized friction type and is capable of automatically cutting and joining the material web.
