PP film blowing machine adopts a configuration comprising of down-blowing, air cooling and water cooling, and hot air drying. It is able to blow quality polypropylene film. Both the main motor and lulling motor are equipped with V.F. drive for speed regulation. Moreover, customers can also choose to equip it with Corona Treater, 2 extra winders and Filler magnet, and auto-loader.
Corona treater is able to increase the surface power of plastic films and make it more adhesive for printing and laminating. Extra Winders are used for winding up films on reels of larger size. Filler magnet is made for removing metal scraps in order to protect blower head and auto loader can be used to avoid wastage of film while feeding it into the blower head.
