The entire equipment is outfitted with an imported PLC programmable controller, which features a highly advanced human interface. It primarily consists of a single unwinding system, an extruding system, a laminating system, and a rewinding system.

The laminating system between the rollers is expertly controlled by a stable and dependable hydraulic system. The unwinding system utilizes an inverter to precisely regulate its speed, with the added capability of automatic roller replacement without any reduction in speed. The rewinding system employs friction-based technology and can automatically cut and seamlessly join the material web.
