The fruit and vegetable cleaning machine is a machine for cleaning vegetables and fruits. The machine has the functions of food purification, disinfection and sterilization and air purification. Bubble tumbling cleaning is adopted, and the soil in vegetable materials is removed through bubble tumbling / spraying technology. The lifting of vegetable materials is mainly carried out by stainless steel mesh belt and scraper.
It is mainly applied to all kinds of cans of drinks, tin cans of drink, canned meat, canned vegetables and secondary sterilization plastic bottle beverage etc process loading automatically before sterilization,unloading after sterilization,replace the artificial working,save manpower, greatly improve production efficiency.The machine adopts magnetic suction to prevent the chafing and squeezing of the cans.
Working process
Washing→peeling→coring→slicing→manual pineapple filling→liquid filling→(lid elevating and loading)→iron lid

Working principle
By the action of the high pressure water and strong bubble ,the vegetables and fruits will be exploded ,tumbled ,cleaned and convoyed .the silt will sink to the bottom of the machine and will never go up to pollute the vegetables and fruit. The floating sundries, worms, hair and others will be collected and then taken away. The clean vegetable and fruits will be washed again by spraying cleaner above and then delivery to next process.
