1. Introduction
● Gantry type H beam welding machine is designed for horizontal welding 2 seams, specially welding trailer beam less than 20°, it is the best solutions for semi-trailer production line.
● Main machine is adopt advanced frequency control technology, it is improved welding quality during the working processing.
● It adopts mechanical tracking technology to avoid repair welding for trailer beam, with a beautiful seam, high quality and the most importance is save cost.
● Single arc single wire welding to avoid burn out beam when welding thin plate.
● H beam assistant clamp worktable is used to fix and clamp the h beam by hydraulic system, the h beam should be manual assembled in advance, after that put it on the clamp worktable, hydraulic system will driven the arms at both sides to fix and clamp the h beam then start full seam welding jobs.
