1. Introduction
● Hydraulic drive, swing beam, return of knife is smooth and prompt by accumulator nitrogen cylinder. All steel welded structure, vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress, with good rigidity stability
● Knife shelf adopt step-less adjustment, permit micro adjustment with mechanical back gauge device, digital display movement of back gauge and shear time.
● The stroke and frequency of shearing can be controlled; the machine has the function of single
shearing and automatic continuous shearing.
● Controller: E21S controller specialized used in cutting machine.
