Automatic 2 head oil filling machine is the automatic filling and weighing machine for filling the liquid or slabby oil

1. It mainly consists of carton infeed conveying belts, carton separating device, weighing device, machine frame & control system, which is designed to meet auto carton 1-lane infeed, online 2-lane weight filling and product 1-lane exiting to next process, specific size will be made based on user’s avaialable size.

2. Integrated electronic scaling technology, machinery, electronics, and instruments on a whole, it can automatically measure and fill the preset big quantity product with high filling precision.

3. The system is equipped with water heating and cyculating device, adopting hot water jacketed pipeline to supply material from user’s tank to our filling station & electronic scales to measure, it can alternatively weighing type fill viscous liquids/cream faster. Adopting the scale weighing way to monitor in time the current filling quantity and feedback it to the controlling instrument, the controlling instrument outputs the controlling signal for the fast & slow filling based on the set data, realizing the fast rough filling and accurate slow filling, thus ensuring high filling accuracy.
