Shortening Bagging Packing Whole Machine Automated Packaging Line

This is an order from a Moroccan customer, who asked to customize a product packaging line according to the carton size and packaging requirments of his products. In this package line, there are three automatic package machines, which is bag inserter machine, automatic filling machine and bag sealing and folding machine, among which the filling machine is developed in the form of two filling lines working together, to increase work efficiency to the greatest extent.

Ths following is the workflow of the whole automatic equipment ,which is rougly introuduced as follows:

1.empty cartons reach the inside of bag inserter machine through the transmission belt, and the bagging machine bagging the empty cartons one by one in an orderly manner;

2.the empty carton with the bag in the filling stage .At this time, the liquid products required by customer are input into the polybag through the specially configured input port;

3.the cartons loaded with products are sent to the bag sealing and folding machine , sealing the mouth of polybag and cartons mouth one by one.
