Prior to pulverization, the clinker necessitates thorough sorting and screening to eliminate any iron impurities. Furthermore, the firing process demands elevated temperatures. For instance, in the case of high alumina bricks like Grade I and II being fired in tunnel kilns, temperatures typically range from 1500 to 1600 ℃.
