High Strength High Alumina Refractory Bricks Bauxite Fire Brick With High Thermal Stability & Fire Resistance
Brief Introduction of High Strength High Alumina Refractory Bricks Bauxite Fire Brick With High Thermal Stability & Fire Resistance
High alumina brick is a kind of neutral refractory with alumina content above 48%. It is formed by shaping and calcining bauxite or other raw materials with high alumina content. High thermal stability and fire resistance above 1770 ℃.
The production process of high alumina bricks is similar to that of multi clinker clay bricks. The difference is that the proportion of clinker in the ingredients is high, up to 90~95%. Before crushing, the clinker needs to be sorted and screened to remove iron. The firing temperature is high. For example, when high alumina bricks such as I and II are fired in tunnel kilns, it is generally 1500~1600 ℃.
