The silicon carbide plates are constructed using high-purity silicon carbide (SiC) and industrial silicon powder as the main ingredients. They are shaped through vibration and produced using high-temperature sintering techniques.
Silicon carbide plates, along with silicon carbide bricks, sheds, brackets, and specially-shaped components, leverage silicon carbide as the primary raw material. These products not only exhibit the inherent properties of high strength and hardness but also feature excellent refractoriness under load, rapid heat conduction, and oxidation resistance. They maintain structural integrity without significant shrinkage or deformation at elevated temperatures, ensuring a long operational lifespan.
