A: Sample needs about 3-5 working days. Customized products need 5-7 working days. Mass production 15-25 days.

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long it will take?
A: Generally we ship the goods to you door to door by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT express.

Q5: How do you deal with the LED Failure issue?
A: Our engineer will analyze the failure and find out the failure cause according to the failed
products pictures or the rejected samples from clients. We will compensate a new batch of LED products to you as fast as we could and send them to you if the failure caused by Lanjin.
