Package and shipping
Depends on different situation (weight, volume, country...), the shipping method could be different and its negotiable.
1. We have three layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
2. Air-worthy packing or Sea packing which with international standard.

Q4: Before sending me an inquiry on our fiber laser, it is better for you to provide me the following information
1)Your metal or non-metal material size. Because in our factory, we have different models according to working area.
2)Your materials.
Metal/Acrylic/plywood/MDF?
3)You want to engrave or cut?
If cut, could you tell me your cutting thickness? Because different cutting thickness need different laser power and laser power supplier.
