The following technical parameters describe our advanced laser cutting systems, which come in three different models: dual-platform ultrashort pulse laser cutting machine, dual-platform picosecond laser cutting machine, and single-platform picosecond laser cutting machine. Below is a table with the model numbers for each of these options.
Our laser cutting systems are equipped with ultrashort pulse fiber lasers, with specific types varying depending on the model. The lasers have an average power of 50W, although options for 10W, 20W, 30W, 60W, and 80W are also available. The wavelength is 1064nm, with a second harmonic at 532nm, and the pulse width is less than 10ps (picoseconds). The repetition rate is adjustable from 1Hz to 1000kHz, and the beam quality is M² < 1.2, which produces a near-diffraction-limited beam.

Cutting Performance
Our laser cutting systems offer high precision, with a positioning accuracy of ±2μm over the entire work area and repeatability of ±1.5μm, with ±16 arc-seconds angular accuracy. The maximum cutting speed is up to 1000mm/s, and the cutting thickness varies depending on the material properties and cutting requirements. For ultra-thin glass, the cutting thickness is ≤1mm, while for standard glass, the thickness is ≤19mm. The minimum line width is ≤30μm (material dependent), and the minimum hole diameter is ≤20μm.
