BC1 25W-50W Ceramic Wirewound Variable Resistor 1-10kΩ ±10% Tolerance
The BC-1 wire wound resistor features high resolution capability with a wide resistance range. Designed for durability, it offers excellent heat resistance, humidity resistance, and wear resistance characteristics. Suitable for voltage and current adjustment in power equipment and circuits not exceeding 380V AC or 220V DC.
- Maximum working voltage: 1000V (insulation voltage 2500V)
- Temperature rise: 25-100W models ≤300K; ≥150W models ≤350K
- Sliding travel: 25-50W models: 280±5°; ≥100W models: 300±5°
- Linear deviation: Not greater than ±10% across entire travel
- Rotation durability: 5,000 cycles with not less than 90% travel
- High temperature test: 40°C for 6 weeks, insulation resistance
The BC1 series rotor-arm sliding wire porcelain disk variants are designed for voltage and current adjustment in industrial electrical equipment up to 500 volts. The resistor uses high-quality resistance wire wound on a ceramic skeleton, coated with high-temperature enamel except for the sliding contact surface. Features metal protective housing with handwheel operation.
