Flat flex wire mesh stainless steel conveyor belts are manufactured from stainless steel spring wire. Available wire diameters range from 0.9mm to 3.2mm, with pitches from 4mm to 22.23mm, and belt widths from 10mm to 3 meters. Our extensive range includes standard dimensions, and we can produce custom sizes using our multi-adjustable production machinery. Belts are available with single loop (most common) or double looped edges for specialized applications.
These stainless steel conveyor belts are suitable for both straight and curved conveyor systems. They are typically driven by toothed sprockets made of stainless steel or plastic, with customizable tooth counts to accommodate new or existing conveyor systems.
