Quality standards include flat sheets with no surface waves, square and clear holes without burs, exact hole size and wire thickness, no visible tiger lines, no color differences, no surface sundries, no folded wires on edges, diagonal length tolerance within ±5mm, and edges cut along one wire.

Available in four primary weaving types: Plain Weave, Twill Weave, Plain Dutch Weave, and Reverse Twill Dutch Weave.
