Our factory produces stainless steel woven mesh using brand-new national standard SUS304, SUS316, and SUS316L stainless steel wires, precisely woven by professional equipment. The finished mesh features a flat, smooth surface with neatly arranged warp and weft wires, uniform apertures, and excellent tensile, compression, and wear resistance.
The metal material provides outstanding resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, seawater salt spray erosion, and high-temperature oxidation. It maintains structural integrity without rusting, breaking, or deforming during long-term service in harsh conditions including chemical liquid filtration, seawater treatment, high-temperature furnace isolation, and outdoor anti-corrosion protection.
Available in multiple weaving methods including plain weave, twill weave, and dense Dutch weave. Customization options include wire diameter, mesh count, mesh width, and length. Additional services include cutting, edge locking, and stamping forming to meet bulk procurement demands.
