Zeolite ZSM-5 Molecular Sieve for cracking catalyst are mainly applied for catalytic cracking,catalytic dewaxing,toluene disproportionation, xylene isomerization,ethylenebenzene alkylation,methanol converting to gasoline,methanol catalytic
dehydration to produce dimethyl ether,and lower carbon hydrocarbon aromatization.
Zeolite ZSM-5 Molecular Sieve for cracking catalyst with the properties of good thermotolerance,acid resistance and thermostability,they can be used as catalytic cracking active component to improve the gasoline octane number,propylene yield or hydrocarbons isomerization ability.
Application:
1.For FCC catalyst: conventional SiO2 / Al2O3 ratio is between 40 to 50;
2.For FCC gasoline additives to reduce the olefin: conventional SiO2 / Al2O3 ratio is between 38 to 40;
3.For resid catalytic cracking: conventional SiO2 / Al2O3 ratio is between 25 to 30;
4.Zeolite ZSM-5 Catalyst is mainly used for hydrocarbon interconversion, meta-xylene to
para-xylene,shape-selective catalysis,such as diethylbenzene catalyst, xylene isomerization catalyst, ethyl
acetate, ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol butyl ether of catalyst has a wide range of USES.
