Metal Structured Packing
(Metal Perforated Plate Corrugated Packing) is made of perforated plate with channel corrugation on surface, and remains structured feature of metal wire gauze packing. It strengthens uniform liquid distribution and surface wetting ability, which increase mass transfer efficiency.
Material
Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is available in a wide range of materials, including stainless steels, 304, 316, 316L, carbon steels, Aluminum, copper bronze etc. Other materials are available on request.

Perforated plate corrugated packing with the wide range of applications.
Diameter: 0.1-12m; Pressure: Vacuum to high pressure;
Liquid load: 0.2 to more than 300 m3/m2. H;
System: Ethyl benzene/ styrene, Fatty acid, cyclohex anone/ cyclohexanol, caprolaction, etc, Absorption desorption.
