Plastic raschig ring is the most early-developed product of random packing. It has a simple shape with equal length at its diameter and height. It provides a large surface area within the volume of the column for interaction between liquid and gas or vapor.
This plastic tower packing owns large void rate, high extensive point, low specific weight and high mass transfer efficiency. It is widely used in packing towers, petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali-chloride industry, coal gas industry, environmental protection, and so on.
The plastic raschig ring can resist the corrosion of various inorganic acid, organic acid and organic solvent except HF. This type of plastic tower packing can work under all sorts of high temperature situations. The application temperature in media ranges from 60°C to 150°C.
