Plastic intalox saddle rings are made from heat resistant and chemical resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoide (PVDF). They have the properties of corrosion resistance, high free volume, low pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency and so on.
They are available for stripping, absorbing and washing and the application temperature in media ranges from 60 to 150 °C. They are widely used in the packing towers in petroleum, chemical, alkali chloride, coal gas industries and environmental protection industries.

Main Features:
1. Material: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoide (PVDF).
2. Corrosion resistance, high free volume, low pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency.
3. This structure helps liquid distribution and enlarges the quantities of gas holes.
4. The plastic intalox saddle rings have little resistance, bigger flux and higher efficiency than the Pall Ring. It is one of the most widely used packings with good hardness
