Application
1. Ceramic Corrugated Raschig Ring is mainly used in the petrochemical industry such as ethylbenzene, styrene, polypropylene, acrylonitrile, PTA and other inorganic chemicals such as synthetic ammonia and hydrogen peroxide.
2. Engineering fields of pre-conversion furnace, conversion furnace, claus reactor, second conversion furnace, second conversion furnace and other ceramic ball applications in the conversion unit of coal-to-oil production;
3. Fixed bed reactors for hydrogenation, hydrogen production, catalytic reforming, product refining and light hydrocarbon processing in petroleum refining of Ceramic Corrugated Raschig Ring
4.Ceramic Corrugated Raschig Ring is processed from superior raw materials with very high product strength, dense and fine porcelain structure, high temperature and temperature resistance, can be cooled at 800°C to 20°C without cracking, and will not break due to slightly faster temperature rise during normal start-up heating process.Due to the large void ratio, the product is lighter than the ordinary inert porcelain ball, which can reduce the load in the tower and improve the mass transfer efficiency.At present, many domestic customers are very satisfied with the use effect of this product.
