Insulation board fixings

Highly effective and easy to use insulation anchor fixings for securing insulation boards to masonry and concrete substrates.

Manufactured from an impact-resistant copolymer and with large diameter heads, these plastic insulation anchor fixings are designed for fast and simple installation. They allow you to fix insulation boards and panels to concrete, brick and block with minimum effort, both internally and externally.

For your further convenience, these plastic insulation board fixings feature a minimum embed depth marker. This helps you know when the fixings are installed safely and correctly.

Insulation board fixing sizes

We stock three sizes of insulation board fixings to match different thicknesses of insulation board:

• 70mm insulation fixing anchors for 30mm insulation boards

• 90mm insulation fixing anchors for 50mm insulation boards

• 110mm insulation fixing anchors for 70mm insulation panels

How to use insulation anchor fixings

Start by drilling an 8mm diameter hole all the way through into the masonry substrate (at least 40mm). Next hammer the plastic insulation fixing through the insulation. Aim for a clean contact with a large headed hammer or rubber mallet.
