Theory
Excavators usually use electronic pump systems to provide hydraulic power to drive various hydraulic actuators of the excavator, such as digging arms, buckets and walking devices. Here are the basic principles of the electronic pump system:
Motor drive: The core of the electronic pump system is the motor, usually an electric hydraulic pump or an electric hydraulic pump combination. The motor drives the pump to work through electricity to generate hydraulic power.
Hydraulic pump: The hydraulic pump is responsible for converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. It generates fluid flow by rotating mechanical elements (such as gears, plungers or blades). Hydraulic system: The hydraulic pump transmits hydraulic power to various actuators of the excavator through the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil is sucked from the tank, generates pressure through the hydraulic pump, and is transmitted through the pipeline to the hydraulic actuator that needs to perform the work.
Control unit: The electronic pump system is usually equipped with a control unit to monitor and control the operation of the hydraulic system. The control unit can adjust the pump speed and the working pressure of the hydraulic system according to the operator's instructions or preset programs to meet the needs of different working conditions.
Sensors and feedback mechanisms: Electronic pump systems can also be equipped with sensors and feedback mechanisms to monitor the working status of the hydraulic system and the position or load of the actuator.
