MPV 46 SERIES 40 HYDRAULIC PUMP
Series 40 is a family of hydrostatic pumps and motors for "medium power" applications with maximum loads of 345 bar (5000 psi). These pumps and motors can be applied together or combined with other products in a system to transfer and control hydraulic power. Series 40 pump + motor transmissions provide an infinitely variable speed range between zero and maximum in both forward and reverse modes of operation. The pumps and motors each come in four frame sizes: M25, M35, M44, and M46.
Series 40 pumps are compact, high power density units. All models utilize the parallel axial piston / slipper concept in conjunction with a tiltable swashplate to vary the pump's displacement. Reversing the angle of the swashplate reverses the flow of fluid from the pump and thus reverses the direction of rotation of the motor output.
Danfoss hydraulic pump is a common hydraulic power equipment, and regular maintenance is essential for its performance and life. Here are some Danfoss hydraulic pump maintenance recommendations:
- Cleaning: Keep the outside of the hydraulic pump clean and regularly remove dust, oil and other impurities from the surface of the pump body. Use a clean cloth or air pressure spray gun to clean to ensure the heat dissipation performance and normal operation of the pump.
- Lubrication: Check and replace the lubricating oil regularly according to the specifications and requirements of the Danfoss hydraulic pump. Make sure to use the appropriate lubricating oil and lubricate according to the manufacturer's recommendations. At the same time, check the oil level and oil quality of the lubrication system to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system.
- Filter: Check and replace the filter of the hydraulic pump regularly. The function of the filter is to prevent impurities and particulate matter from entering the pump, keep the fluid clean and the pump normal operation. According to the usage, replace the filter according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Seal: Check the seals of the hydraulic pump, including O-rings, gaskets, etc. Make sure the seals are intact to avoid leakage and performance degradation. If necessary, replace worn or aged seals in time.
- Temperature control: Pay attention to the operating temperature of the hydraulic pump. Excessive temperature may cause oxidation of the hydraulic oil and damage to the pump. Ensure that the cooling system of the hydraulic system is working properly to control the operating temperature of the pump.
- Regular inspection: Check the working condition and performance of the hydraulic pump regularly. Pay attention to abnormal conditions such as noise, vibration and temperature changes of the pump. If abnormalities are found, perform fault diagnosis and repair in time.
- Regular maintenance: Perform major maintenance and overhaul work regularly in accordance with the maintenance manual of the Danfoss hydraulic pump and the manufacturer's recommendations. This may include replacing worn parts, calibrating the performance of the pump, cleaning the oil system, etc.
