Detection of the distribution valve
1. Fault manifestation
Slow action: It may be that the valve core is stuck or there is internal leakage.
Weak or not working: It may be that the hydraulic oil circuit is blocked or the valve core is damaged.
Abnormal noise: It may be that the valve body is worn inside or the hydraulic oil is contaminated.
Abnormal pressure: Use a pressure gauge to detect the system pressure to see if it meets the technical standards.
2. Detection steps
Check the hydraulic oil
Make sure that the hydraulic oil is clean, without impurities or emulsifiion.
Check whether the oil volume is within the standard range.
Detect pilot pressure
Use a pressure gauge to connect to the pilot oil circuit to check whether the pressure meets the standard (usually 3.5-4.5MPa, refer to the Doosan excavator model for specific data).
Check the action of the valve core
When operating the control lever, observe whether the distribution valve responds.
If there is no response, it may be that the valve core is stuck or there is a problem with the pilot oil circuit.
Use a pressure gauge to detect the main oil circuit pressure
Connect the pressure gauge to the main oil circuit of the distribution valve and detect the working pressure.
If the pressure is low, it may be that the valve core is worn, there is internal leakage or the overflow valve is faulty.
Disassembly inspection
If no obvious problems are found in the above inspection, the distribution valve can be disassembled for further inspection.
Check whether the valve core is worn, the spring is broken, and the sealing ring is damaged.
