Maintenance & Replacement Procedure
- Release hydraulic system pressure: Turn off engine and pull all operating levers several times to release residual pressure. Disconnect power supply for safety.
- Remove distribution valve: Gradually remove hydraulic lines and mark them to avoid wrong connections. Remove fixing bolts and carefully extract the distribution valve.
- Check installation location: Clean the installation area to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system. Check pipes and joints for damage or leaks.
- Install new distribution valve: Connect hydraulic pipes according to original configuration. Replace sealing rings to ensure proper sealing. Tighten fixing bolts securely.
- Fill hydraulic oil: Check hydraulic oil level and add if necessary. Start engine and run at idle speed while checking for leaks.
