Replacement steps
Release the hydraulic system pressure
Turn off the engine and pull all the operating levers several times to release the residual pressure.
Disconnect the power supply to ensure safety.
Remove the distribution valve
Gradually remove the hydraulic lines on the distribution valve and mark them to avoid wrong connections when reinstalling.
Remove the fixing bolts and carefully remove the distribution valve.
Check the installation loion
Clean the installation loion to ensure that no impurities enter the hydraulic system.
Check whether the pipes and joints are damaged or leaking.
Install the new distribution valve
Correctly connect the hydraulic pipes according to the original pipe connection method.
Replace the sealing ring to ensure good sealing.
Tighten the fixing bolts to avoid loosening.
Filling hydraulic oil
Check the amount of hydraulic oil and add hydraulic oil if necessary.
Start the engine, run at idle speed, and check for leaks.
