Maintenance
1. Daily maintenance (before and after each operation)
1. Appearance inspection
Check the appearance of the excavator for obvious damage or loose parts.
Clean the surface of the machine, especially the radiator, air inlet and exhaust pipe to prevent blockage.
2. Lubriion system inspection
Check the grease fittings and add grease (such as buckets, connecting rods, slewing bearings, etc.).
Ensure that the vent holes of the hydraulic oil tank are unobstructed to prevent contaminants from entering.
3. Fluid level inspection
Check the fluid levels of fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, transmission oil, final drive oil, etc., and add them to the appropriate range.
Ensure that there is no water or impurities at the bottom of the fuel tank, and drain if necessary.
4. Filter element inspection
Check the air filter element. If it is blocked or severely contaminated, it needs to be replaced.
Check the fuel, engine oil, and hydraulic oil filter elements to ensure that there is no leakage.
5. Track and chassis inspection
Check the track tension. Too loose or too tight will affect the life of the walking system.
Clean the dirt and stones on the track, and check whether the track shoes, supporting wheels, driving wheels, and tensioners are abnormally worn or loose.
6. Electrical system inspection
Check whether the battery connection is firm to prevent poor contact from causing difficulty in starting.
Check whether the lights and instrument panel are working properly.
Make sure there are no exposed or damaged wires in the circuit.
