HR series micro cycle solder-reflow machines adopt a pipe nozzle comparable with that made by ERSA Germany. The thermal efficiency of pipe nozzles construction (example: ERSA type hot wind construction) is higher than that of perforated plate construction (example: HFLLER type hot wind construction). Therefore can effectively solve problems such as interval interference and dead angle of conveyor.
1) Superhigh heat transfer rate; the maximum rate of temperature rise can reach 2.3℃/s; compared with the machine of the same type made by U.S.A, the capacity of the same furnace temperature is 20% high; with the same capacity, its furnace temperature is 15 to 25℃ lower than that of the machine of the same type made by U.S.A. so that can further reduce the damage to PCB and components caused by hot wind.
2)The temperature difference between two contiguous temperature intervals can reach130℃ at most, especially suitable for the weld of BGA and CSP.
3) The influence on PCB caused by the conveyor can be eliminated. Can uniformly and rapidly heat the PCB compared with the machine of the same type made by U.S.A.
4) It has computer and manual control systems, especially suitable for processing factories where can use manual control system when computer control system has problem.
5) You can randomly use, modify and save parameters in the computer.
6) It uses the imported heat resisting motor, so its service life is long and quality is stable.
7) Heating tube adopts a unique external wiring method, so it is unnecessary to open the furnace when changing the heating tube.
8) Separate micro cycle cooling area make the cooling effect better.
