The Multi Magazine Buffer can buffers PCBs into a rack temporarily and release them later back into the production line and consists of an input conveyor with pusher unit and a magazine lift.
Arriving PCBs will be stacked into a magazine. PCBs will be unloaded from the magazine when the next station is ready to accept a PCB.
A pneumatic pusher pushes the PCB into a magazine, and pushes the PCB out of the magazine when the next station is available.
PCBs that do not need buffering are directly transferred into the next station.
The buffer is equipped with multiple magazines that can be manually loaded/unloaded by an operator.
