This device is designed for transferring PCBs from a magazine to an SMT production line. It incorporates a dependable and consistent PLC control system, along with a user-friendly LED touch screen control interface. The magazine alignment is facilitated by pneumatic clamps positioned at the top and bottom, employing a three-point system. The design includes an efficient thrust mechanism to ensure that the PCBs remain intact during the transfer process. It has the capacity to load up to three magazines simultaneously.
The direction of transfer can be customized to move from left to right or right to left (optional). The machine is equipped with continuous fault monitoring capabilities, ensuring prompt detection and resolution of any issues. Its robust and stable design guarantees reliable performance. Additionally, it features a compatible SMEMA port for seamless integration with other equipment.
