The splicing BW-HP08 is developed for SMT automatic production line, fast line switch without stop, real-time error-proof. It can automatically detect the position of empty pocket on the head and tail of two rolls of the same component, accurately cut and splicing, and pass rate as high as 99%. With standard RC measurement, silkscreen AOI match and empty pocket detection function, reducing manual operation and cost, great improve the SMT production line OEE.
