The Automatic Splicer 4-24mm series, is applied to the SMT production line,which can realize the functions of non-stop material replacement and automaticfeeding of the tape reel.The machine automatically detects empty pockets of thecomponent reels, accurate alignment of old and new tape reels,and the pass rateis more than 98%, reducing manual labor dependence (no skilled splice operatorrequired).Helps improve production efficiency, solve the main problems of poorsplicing, high machine pick-up error rate, and wrong components. It is designedand programmed with software to provide accurate and error-proof splicing.
