Installation & Adjustment

1.Working Condition

1.1Put the equipment on the flat ground in well ventilated area and dry covered area.

1.2The working temperature should be within 5～45℃

1.3Do not place in the Dust-free workshop, as machine may create airborne dust

1.4Use single-phase power system (it should be well sheltered) with220V/110V and correct current power supply.

2.Installation

2.1Unpacked the machine and adjust the fixing feet to get the machine level.

2.2Connect power.

3.Turn on and set the data

3.1 Adding bottom pure tin: prepare about 10kg liquid pure tin to put into mixing area, and release the pure tin from pure tin storage container completely after it.

3.2 Start operation the machine after this process finished.
